Q. Will there be ATMs on the site?
A. Yes, we have a few ATMs with extra fees for all your transactions of the festival site.
Q. Can I bring a chair on the site?
A. We have an area reserved for chairs. This area is located behind the sound console. NO CHAIR WILL BE TOLERATED IN FRONT OF THE CONSOLE.
Q. Are pet dogs allowed?
A. Only guide dogs are allowed. NO OTHER PET WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE.
Q. If it rains, can I use an umbrella?
A. Out of respect for the festivalgoers, umbrellas won't be accepted on the site.
Q. Is there a special area for people with reduced mobility?
A. Yes, an area set up to the right of the stage.
Q. Is there a changing table?
A. Yes, inside of the service tent on the site.
Q. Can I bring a professional camera on the site?
A. Disposable, digital and 35 mm cameras as well as smartphones will be accepted. NO PROFESSIONAL TYPE CAMERA WILL BE ALLOWED ON STAGE.
(We consider a professional type camera to be a camera whose lenses can be changed).
Q. Is there a place where I can park an RV?
A. There is not place close to Beauséjour Park to park an RV. Please visit Tourisme Rimouski’s website www.tourismerimouski.com to learn more about the campgrounds of the region.
Q. Where can I activate my pass?
A. You must activate your pass to be able to access the site. We suggest that you activate it as soon as you receive it by mail by using the following link. You can also activate it on-site. In this case, please arrive early to avoid waiting lines.
Q. Starting at what age to children need to have a pass?
A. Children under of 6 years can access on the site for free. Their is a reduced price for children between 6 and 12.
Q. Where can I pick up the passes I bought online?
A. The passes will be sent by mail. The passes bought after July 8 will be available at Les Grandes Fêtes ticket booth at the entrance of Beauséjour Park starting on July 18 at 3 p.m. Postal shipping is available for purchases made in Canada. For International purchases, you will be able to pick up your pass on the Festival site.
Q. Can I get a refund for my pass?
A. NO REFUNDS, even in the case of cancellation of one show, for a major reason, by the artist or in case of bad weather (wind or rainstorms).
Please note that cancelled shows will not be rescheduled.
EACH PASS IS UNIQUE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO LEND OR SELL YOUR PASS.
Q. Is the pass valid for every show evening?
A. Yes, the pass is valid for every show from July 18 to July 21 inclusively.
Q. Can I brink a reusable water bottle on the site?
A. Only CLEAR, plastic, children water bottles are tolerated on the site.
Q. Can I bring food on the site?
A. Only granola bars or small children snacks are tolerates. There will be food stands on the site.
